The rooms REALLY are too small. I felt I was in a cramped space. Room service was slow and unresponsive. It took multiple calls to get basic requests fulfilled. This frustration really impacted my stay and added unnecessary stress.

the hotel is very near to al-haram. the lifts worked well and i didn't have to wait long. the room was clean every day. the receptionist was friendly and helpful during check in.
the room size feels little small.

the hotel has multiple lifts , made access to different floors easy. i see staff maintaining cleanliness in common areas daily. the reception area included comfortable seating waiting.

The staff was kind and helpful. The location is great as it is only a short walk to Al Haram. I found good value for money . The receptionist was particularly helpful. I also appreciated the night security.
The power was discontinued for a brief time because of a misunderstanding.
